All orders are sent via Canada Post. The shipping cost will depend on the shipping type. See the table below for a summary of shipping rates. Please note that Encima does not ship to PO boxes.

RETURNS

All full-priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. Any items returned in worn or washed condition, and/or without hangtags attached will not be processed and a refund will not be issued. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you are looking for (refer to the return process outlined below).

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return.

If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email info@encimaclothing.com with the details of your order (name, order number, items purchased, etc.) and reason for return. Return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, we will provide you a confirmation number and shipping address via email. Please include this number within the package you are returning.

The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned within seven days from the date your confirmation number was issued. 

Please send your returned item(s) in one shipment.

Once your return has been received, you will be be refunded the amount paid on your credit card.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

All purchases through www.encimaclothing.com are made at the buyers own risk. Encima is not liable for any lost or damaged packages in-transit through Canada Post.
